How do support plans work?

  1. I will schedule a call to discuss your business requirements and propose the best plan to your needs
  2. We will sign an agreement with all the details of the service, SLA, confidentiality and etc.
  3. You will lodge a request/ticket or assign a task on my project management tool and I will respond to you within the scope of the agreement.

How do I get started with it?

Before buying a plan, I will schedule a free no obligation call with you to assess your needs.

Once we have come to an understanding, you will purchase the appropriate plan for your requirements via my website.

What software tools do you support?

I support the following tools:

Do I have to make a long term commitment?

No. I just require a 3-month commitment to ensure I plan our resources. All plans are paid monthly in advance.

If you require less than 3 months, then its best to reach out for a custom plan.

Can I order more hours?

Yes, you can! However, it is best to discuss before hand so I can switch you to a more cost effective plan for your needs.

If you feel you need more hours, then you can always purchase them from this page.

Do you help agencies build proposals and do gap analysis?

Yes, I do. I prepare data dive reports for agencies, so that they can use those presentations in pitching clients.

I can also jump on a call, if you need any technical assistance.

Do you offer refunds?

Yes! You have 7 days (including holidays) to decide if my services are the right fit for your organisation in order for you to claim a full refund.

Full refunds are only given provided you have NOT USED any support hours during this time.
